The new capitalism is a super power who owns only small capital, but own the a lot of talents and labs.
The super power of that super capitalism is from the R & D, copyright, pattern, distributing channels and networks etc. Such as most of the famous multi-national company, they have the engineers more than labor, more labs than factories, they have the sales and marketing professionals more than clerks. It makes them leverage a lot of the resources such as capital, labor, rare natural resources etc.
Currently, China own a lot of the capital probably, it's even more than Japan, and the problem is China is highly rely on the foreign investment especially in the south side of China. Their capital are working also for the foreign enterprise. For example, the garment industry, almost all of them make the credit of 120 days for the buyers. The buyer take their credit (money) for the advertising, establish the retail chain, distributing network, branding etc. And the finance industry even the government use the money to buy the finance products from the super capitalism. And the labor use the low income for making the low price stuffs to export to the world too. Even some other countries are cheaper than China in labor cost, the offer from China to the super capitalism is still much expensive, since China is also open the door for the foreign enterprise to come to earn money, others are not.
Production and capital are no longer the element for capitalism or making money, they are just the resources for leveraging. China need to invest in the own innovation, branding, distributing channels, education etc. otherwise, China can only produce the "rest-value" of the capitalism and all the economy are highly relied on the "offer" from the super capitalism.
The economic development and growth from China is going to be one of the main origins to the world's economic growth, time to know more about China. The touring industry is one of the main revenues of China economy. Due to the long history of China, there are many valuable sight seeing places representing the Asian culture.
